Rental Terms

1. Rentals can be picked up from Level 3 Lot 67 on the event day from 9.00AM. It must then be returned to the same spot before 4.30PM of the same day. Rentals are strictly NOT allowed to be taken off site.

2. ⁠Rental fee quoted is for one unit per day/event

3. ⁠No refund will be given nor carry-forward allowed. You are only allowed to book for the upcoming event.

4. No exchange or switching between item rentals are allowed. For example, if you booked a rail, you cannot change to a table (or vice versa).

5. ⁠Rentals must be returned in good condition after event is over. If rentals are found damaged upon return or missing, the renter is responsible in replacing the item. Snap a photo upon picking up and after returning the items.

6. Clothes rail and mannequin will be readily assembled. Foldable table must be set up by ownself.

7. Chalk/whiteboard must be cleaned before returning it to us.

8. Clothes rail colors (black/white) are based on first come, first serve upon collection.

9. Rental fees are separate from lot booking.

10. Rentals can only be booked by CBS vendors participating in the upcoming Walla! SS15 event.

11. Method of payment available via direct bank transfer or FPX/Toyyibpay (service charge of RM1.00). UPDATE: Currently “direct bank transfer” no longer available. Kindly make payment via FPX/Toyyibpay

12. Any bookings made via website, will only be confirmed upon receiving FULL payment. We will not proceed with any bookings without payment.

12. If “direct bank transfer” is selected, please ensure payment is made within 1 hour. Failure to make payment in time may result in auto-cancellation of your booking. (UPDATE: Currently “direct bank transfer” is unavailable)

13. Only available for Walla! SS15 Carboot Sale.

14. We reserve the right to refuse any bookings made and vendor must agree to all our terms in order to book our rentals.

15. Last to book online is 3PM of every Friday of the week. Otherwise you may walk-in to check for availability at Level 3 Lot 67.
