Whatsapp us to request F&B Vendor Form.
Can I get a refund or change date?
No. All payments are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be carried forward or change dates regardless of reason.
This is due to:
- Our tight turnaround time (3–4 days per cycle)
- Weekly obligations to our stakeholders
- Crew and admin costs
- Vendor dropouts impact everyone (we decline other vendors to hold your slot)
Please ensure you understand our strict no-refund policy before making a booking.
Can I resell my lot or send a replacement?
You can send a replacement, but it must be approved and re-registered with new payment as we need to transfer your name to the replacement’s name. Failing to do so may risk you getting blacklisted if your replacement do not abide by our rules.
You cannot resell your slot to another party. If you don’t show up or don’t inform us, your payment is forfeited and you may be blacklisted.
What if the form closes while I’m still filling it in?
This means the slots filled up while you were in the process. Registration is first come, first served only upon form submission AND payment.
I submitted payment but forgot to fill in the form. What now?
Unfortunately, both form and payment are required to confirm booking. Please WhatsApp us ASAP with your screenshot of payment receipt, name, product, how many lots and day selected — we’ll assist if any slots are still available.
Can I share a lot with a friend?
Only 1 vendor name per registration is allowed. You may share your lot with friends and family – the more the merrier! As long as everything fits inside the your assigned lot.
However, please refrain from sharing a lot with a stranger. We want all our vendors to be registered with us. If there are any issues with an “unregistered vendor” that you share a lot with, YOU will be responsible for them and risk getting blacklisted.
🚗 SETUP & LOGISTICS
What time can I set up?
You must arrive and complete setup by 9:30 AM, as the boomgate entrance to Level 3 and 3A will be closed sharp at 9:30 AM. This is for vendor and shopper’s safety.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive after 9:30 AM, you will NOT be allowed to drive up to Level 3 or 3A.
You must park at a lower level and carry your items up yourself to your lot. Our on-site crew is not obligated to assist you, as they have other responsibilities they have to attend to.
No exceptions will be made, even if there’s a boomgate or traffic issue. Please plan your journey wisely.
Can I park at my lot?
Yes, you may park at your assigned lot only if you arrive before 9:30AM.
Where can I park if not at my lot?
Level 4, 4A, or lower levels (1, 1A, 2, 2A).
Can I move my car during the event?
No vehicle movement is allowed between 10AM – 3PM. If emergency, inform the crew.

Firstly, please ensure you can commit for the entire event duration (10AM-3PM). That said, you must stay till 3PM. Only pack up after 3PM. If you’ve sold out, display a clear “SOLD OUT” sign.

Walla! runs from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
You must:
- Be open by 10AM
- Stay until 3PM
- If you sell out, display a “SOLD OUT” sign, and your setup must still remain at your lot to avoid any confusions to other vendors.
Will I get the same lot if I join both days?
Yes, we will assign the same lot for both Saturday and Sunday if you book for both, unless stated otherwise.
Is there shelter from rain or sun?
The venue is a covered multilevel car park on Level 3 and 3A, so you’re protected from rain and direct sun. However, we still recommend bringing a fan, mat, and light for comfort. We also recommend bringing a canvas to protect your items if in case there’s a rainstorm. The space is covered, but it is still open-air, so with strong winds, rain may still blow into the venue.

How are categories assigned?
While we do try to space out vendors with similar categories (excluding clothing), our main priority is to ensure all lots are filled. Expect the unexpected! Our events feature a diverse array of products, including handmade crafts, vintage clothing, artwork, home decor, and much more. It’s a treasure trove of unique finds.
Can I bring my pets to the event?
As much as we love our furry (or scaly!) friends, the venue unfortunately isn’t fully pet-friendly. We do allow vendors and shoppers to bring their pets, but it’s usually done in a discreet and respectful way — most keep their furbabies in strollers.
That said, while we’re proud to be one of the most multi-racial CBS events around, the majority of our vendors and shoppers are Muslim. To keep things harmonious for everyone, we gently discourage bringing pet dogs.
Can I shop online from Walla! vendors?
At the moment, our events primarily focus on in-person experiences. However, some vendors might offer online shops, so you can continue to support them after the event.
How can I stay informed about any event changes or cancellations?
